Overview

Are you looking for the chance to join a well-established organisation as a Farm Trader in the Southwest of the England? This is an opportunity to become part of a close-knit team, where you will be heard and appreciated for what you can bring to the table.

The right Farm Trader will have strong relationships with their clients, and a willingness to build new ones across the Southwest.

This position is a field-based role, while being able to work remotely from your home the rest of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new prospective clients across multiple sectors such as seed, grain and fertiliser
  • Attend events, trials, conferences and other forums hosted by your employer as well as your clients
  • Increase awareness within your client base of other products and services that are available
  • Drive new business through warm lead, referrals and previous relationships
Desirable Skillset / Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge of the agriculture sector
  • A client base whom you have built relationships with over time
  • Credibility and confidence to build relationships
  • Knowledge of fertilizer and crop nutrition
  • Full driving licence
