DOE + accommodation opportunity

Ready to work for a business that is continually diversifying?

Looking for a role where you can develop your skills in large-scale vegetable production?

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role with a well-established fresh produce farming business.

What's the job?

You'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance while working with a dedicated team.

During harvest, you'll be leading a team of 50+ staff, keeping them motivated and ensuring high standards.

You'll oversee crop traceability, making sure all field operations follow best practices and meet food safety, health & safety, and environmental standards.

Outside of harvest, your role shifts to crop walking, assessing plant health, and getting involved in the technical side of production.

You'll be working closely with the team to ensure the best yields and quality for broccoli and cauliflower crops.

About you

You've got hands-on experience in farm operations, ideally with vegetable crops.

You're a strong leader who enjoys working with large teams, keeping them motivated and focused.

Knowledge of broccoli and cauliflower is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important.

Russian language skills would be an advantage.

A full UK driving licence is essential, and PA1/PA6 would be great, too. This isn't essential though, as training can be given.
