Job description

Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Farm Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in advanced farm machinery operation and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. The role involves a variety of tasks, including operating large agricultural machinery and assisting in various farm activities.

Main Duties:

1. Operate irrigation systems to ensure crops receive the correct amounts of water at each application.
2. Operate and drive the spray bowser.
3. Operate a Chaser Bin during harvesting to transport crops.
4. Onion topping to prepare crops for lifting.
5. Primary and secondary cultivations.
6. General tractor driving and maintenance of farm equipment, including the fleet of John Deere tractors.
7. Assist with any other farm-related tasks as needed.
