Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Farm Manager (Laying) to run the day-to-day operation of a modern egg-laying farm. You’ll lead a team, oversee flock health and welfare, maximise egg production, and ensure high standards of biosecurity, safety and efficiency across the site.

The ideal candidate has hands-on poultry experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a practical approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

  • You’ll be a confident and capable people manager with experience in poultry, agriculture or livestock production.
  • You’ll understand the importance of exceptional animal welfare and biosecurity, while also having the commercial awareness and operational focus needed to deliver strong farm performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A practical, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Knowledge of modern poultry farming equipment and production systems.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • A genuine commitment to bird welfare, health & safety and continuous improvement.

Put bird welfare first.We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Farm Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a modern egg-laying farm.This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee flock health and welfare, maximise egg production and performance, lead and develop your team, and ensure the farm operates to the highest standards of biosecurity, safety and efficiency.
