We are a successful, family-owned arable farm with a thriving AD plant, based in Cold Brayfield. In addition to c.1,200 acres of owned land, we manage a further c.1,500 acres locally through established contract farming agreements. As we look to expand and innovate, we are searching for a dynamic and experienced Farm Manager to join our team and drive the business forward.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of arable production.
  2. Manage staff, budgets, and cash flows.
  3. Utilize crop management software.
  4. Work closely with the family to create strategic business plans.

Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience in arable production.
  2. Proven skills in managing practical and financial aspects of the business.
  3. Strong attention to detail and good office skills.
