A leading school in the UK seeks a dedicated Farm Manager to run its new school farm, focusing on hands-on education about farming, sustainability, and nature. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape an innovative outdoor curriculum while supporting students, including those with special needs, in a resilient and inclusive environment.
The role is a Permanent, Full-Time
Monday to Friday: to be confirmed – approximately 42.5 hours per week
Salary from: Depending on experience and skills
To Start: Ideally September 2025

We are seeking anexperienced and passionate Farm Managerto lead day-to-day running of our new school farm. This is not just a job – it’s an opportunity to help shape an innovative, student-led, outdoor curriculum focused on farming, rewilding, sustainability, and community engagement.
You’ll work closely with our teachers, therapists, and students to build a thriving, inclusive provision where young people learn by doing – caring for animals, managing the land, planting and harvesting, and connecting deeply with the rhythms of nature.
