The Job

Are you an experienced Farm Management Consultant seeking a new opportunity to influence the future of farming and rural businesses? This role combines strategic planning with practical involvement, supporting farm businesses to grow, adapt, and thrive in an evolving landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Contract Farming Agreements
• Conducting farm assessments and business reviews
• Advising on cropping and livestock systems
• Delivering agri-environment schemes and sourcing rural funding
• Creating business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Supporting sustainable and regenerative farming practices
• Advising on risk, resilience, and compliance
• Building relationships with clients and contributing to business development
