We're looking for a Farm Foreman to join our team at N**********Farm in Kent on a permanent position, where you'll play a hands-on role in growing whole head, baby leaf, and herbs that make their way to kitchen tables across the country.

As our Farm Foreman, you'll work closely with our Farm Manager and growing team to lead daily field operations, ensuring good agronomic practices. Your responsibilities will include carrying out various field operations such as cultivation, irrigation, planting, and harvesting. You'll supervise others to ensure smooth operations, operate machinery like tractors when needed, and make timely decisions to keep the farm thriving, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Some of your key roles will include:

1. Managing field tasks with care and precision
2. Supporting and motivating the growing team
3. Keeping our equipment well-maintained and ready to go
4. Ensuring crops move safely from field to farm
5. Stepping up to lead in the Farm Manager's absence
