About The Role:

Fantastic opportunity to earn extra income this summer, gain insight into one of the UK's leading agricultural companies, and learn about the journey of your breakfast staples.

During the summer (July to September), our farmer customers are busy harvesting cereal crops (wheat, oats, barley), which are sold and transported to food producers, such as flour mills and breakfast cereal manufacturers across the UK and Europe.

We offer an on-farm sampling service across the southern UK (East and West Sussex, Kent, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset). Samplers will collect small crop samples, which are then taken to our laboratory in Chichester for quality testing and valuation prior to sale and transport.

The company provides a van, work schedule, sampling equipment, and full instructions, including health and safety protocols.

Physical activity is involved, including walking in fields and potentially climbing grain piles for sampling. Drivers must hold a UK driver’s license and plan routes efficiently.
