Huon has a fantastic opportunity for a Farm Attendant to join our Works Crew team at Hideaway Bay! This is an ideal position for those seeking a challenge in aquaculture.

The role

As part of the Works Crew, your primary responsibility is to install and maintain all necessary fish pen related infrastructure. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with net, pen, and mooring setup, maintenance, and equipment installation.
  • Supporting fish transfers, feed trials, feeding fish, and conducting fish health checks.
  • Monitoring and reporting all predator activity.

This position is based near Dover, working full-time on a 7 on 7 off roster. It offers the opportunity to complete your Cert III in Aquaculture, through which you can obtain your Coxswain's ticket.
