Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Farm Assistant to join the team at Gortnagarn Farm in Omagh. This role supports the farm management team to ensure the smooth running of the laying farm, helping us produce the maximum number of high‑quality hatching eggs with excellent hatchability.

You will carry out day‑to‑day duties, maintain high standards, and work both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided for those with limited experience.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day support to the farm management team.
• Maintain high farm standards at all times.
• Carry out general farm duties and housekeeping.
• Reliable and hardworking individual.
• Interest in farming or agriculture.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
