Job summary

Stonegate Farmers is seeking a Farm Acquisition Manager to identify, engage and onboard new contract farms across UK egg production systems. You will travel across the UK, building relationships with farmers, industry stakeholders and internal teams to ensure a sustainable supply base for current and future demand.

You will develop a robust recruitment pipeline, negotiate terms and guide prospective producers through onboarding, leveraging your knowledge of egg production systems and CRM

Qualifications

• Experience in farm liaison, producer engagement or farm recruitment.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and recruit new contract farms across UK egg production systems.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective producers across the UK.
• Represent Stonegate Farmers at agricultural shows and producer meetings.
• Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment incentives with farming partners.
• Provide guidance on egg production systems and farm development opportunities.
• Produce regular reports and pipeline updates using Salesforce CRM.
