Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Limited seeks a Fanuc Robotics Training Specialist for a 4-6 month contract based in Filton. You will review topics, adapt content, and tailor delivery for varying experience levels while developing offline training materials for in-person sessions with operators and engineers.

You will collaborate with manufacturing leaders and other stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure effective knowledge transfer within the MRO network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Fanuc trainer, instructor, or subject matter expert.
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc robotic systems, including operation, programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to create training materials for trainees with different experience levels.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes to tailor robotics training to production environments.

Responsibilities

• Review training topic lists, objectives and audience requirements.
• Develop or adapt training content, exercises, aids and delivery approach.
• Adjust instruction level for beginner to advanced participants.
• Develop process-specific training topics, aids and exercises.
• Develop basic troubleshooting guidance and operator-level problem identification.
• Create offline training materials (presentations, screen recordings, notes).
• Deliver in-person training sessions for operators and engineers.
• Recommend training sequencing or modularisation by participant experience and complexity.
• Provide follow-up clarification or refresher sessions as needed.
