Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Robot Programmer with FANUC experience to work on cutting-edge robotic solutions for challenging UK environmental projects. You will program and operate FANUC robots integrated with laser cutting systems and attend sites in Cumbria, with some travel required.

The role offers £40,000–£50,000 salary, plus 10% pension contribution, training, progression and site allowance, with strong security and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Some experience with CAM-based robotic programming systems.
• Robotics, automation or engineering background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and work in Cumbria.

Responsibilities

• Program FANUC robots using CAM-based FANUC Roboguide software.
• Attend customer sites and operate FANUC robotic systems.
• Work with robots integrated into laser cutting machinery.
• Spend up to 10 days per month working in Cumbria, with additional payment.
• Record learning data and produce process reports.
• Assist with the development of new robotic solutions.
