As a Self-Employed Family workshop leader, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of each 2-hour family art workshop session as well as the pre-workshop setup & tidy up. Your responsibilities include:

  2. Art Workshop Leadership: Lead engaging and inspiring art workshops, catering to various skill levels and a wide diverse range of ages. Foster a positive and encouraging environment, sparking creativity and experimentation among attendees.

  3. Clean-up: Maintain high cleanliness standards by tidying up the studio after each class, leaving a welcoming space for the next session.

Teaching and Encouragement: Support children to complete their art projects, offering guidance, and encouraging them to explore their creativity whilst having fun. Midway through the workshop, it may require a shake break or mini dance party to release extra energy!

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a second-year student in an Art-related university course.

  • Strong proficiency in various art mediums, including watercolour, acrylics, and air-dried clay.

  • Proven experience working with children from Year 1 (aged 5-6) and upwards.

  • Positive, proactive, and customer-service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:
