About The Role

Were currently seeking a Family Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Exeter. Youll play a vital role in supporting both adults and families impacted by substance usehelping them to access the care, information, and tools they need to live healthier, more empowered lives.

As a Family Worker, You Will Be Responsible For

• Work directly with service users and their families both on-site and in the community.
• Provide practical advice, emotional support, and tailored care planning.
• Carry out initial triage, comprehensive assessments, and ongoing case management.
• Collaborate closely with partner agencies including schools, Childrens Services, and treatment teams.
• Promote health, wellbeing, and safeguarding for children and families.
• Champion recovery and help reduce the impact of substance use on family life.

• Experienced in working with vulnerable individuals and families (professional or lived experience welcome).
