The Family Welfare Coach supports families facing complex challenges by building strong, trusting relationships and walking alongside them to improve wellbeing, confidence, and independence. Using a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, you will offer holistic coaching support, help families navigate services, and connect them to social prescribing pathways and community-led solutions.
