Overview

Family Therapist - CAMHS • Part-time | 30 hours per week • Salary: £32,000 - £42,400 (pro rata) • Location: Chelmsford

We are seeking an experienced Family Therapist to join a supportive and compassionate multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and their families, helping to address mental health challenges and strengthen family relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and their families within a CAMHS setting.
  • Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflict, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans.
  • Assess family dynamics, identifying key factors that impact the young person\'s wellbeing.
  • Support families by promoting coping strategies, resilience, and understanding during treatment.
