Family Support Worker - Permanent

Family Support Worker Day & Night Shifts
Location: Sawbridgeworth (CM21)
Rate: £ £ per hour (depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting for:
1x Family Support Worker Day shifts
1x Family Support Worker Night shifts
ll be supporting parents and children in a residential setting, encouraging development of key life skills, ensuring child safety, and working alongside a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Support families in developing parenting and life skills.
Safeguard children and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
Monitor, record, and report on family progress as part of assessments.
Work collaboratively with social workers and other professionals.
Support families in attending appointments and family contact sessions.
Complete parenting sessions and day-to-day support tasks.
Participate in team meetings, supervisions, and training.
Work on a 24-hour shift rota (including weekends and bank holidays).
Undertake domestic duties as required.
