The Godolphin Junior Academy, a warm and multicultural junior school in Slough, invites applications for a part-time Family Support Worker. The role supports families, safeguarding and early help initiatives while working within a supportive academy trust.

You will work 21 hours per week during term time plus inset days (39 weeks per year) on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible. The post requires proactive, calm, flexible practice and excellent communication with children, families

Qualificações

• Experience of safeguarding support and Early Help for families.
• Experience of supporting young people.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive, positive, calm and flexible.
• Self-motivated and able to work from own initiative.
