YMCA East Surrey is seeking a qualified Family Support Worker to provide focused 1-1 and group support for families with children and young people aged 0-19 (25 for some needs). Work locations include the Family Centre, community settings, or service users' homes.

Hours are 21 per week, part-time, with a requirement for a valid UK driving licence and a level 3 qualification. The role prioritises safeguarding and collaborative work with agencies.

Competenze

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent recent experience.
• Professional experience with families and children.

Mansioni

• Manage a caseload with integrated, planned interventions for families.
• Direct work with children and families at centre, in community or home.
• Provide 1:1 evidence-based parenting support and programmes.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate targeted services in community venues.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to deliver timely support.
