Salary range: £32,076 - £34,834 per annum

Work location: Based at The Leys Children and Family Centre, Union St Oxford OX4 1JP. We are an agile working organisation; you may be required to work from office base or remote locations depending on the needs of the children and young people we support. The ability to travel around West Oxfordshire and across the Oxfordshire area is essential.

Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working

Contract type: Permanent

Vetting requirements: This role is subject to a Criminal Records Check

About the role

The work will include case management and direct work with children, young people and their families providing timely support and interventions to address safeguarding concerns and reduce risks to children and young people.

It will also involve leading Team Around the Family meetings and delivering a range of evidence-based group programmes to children, young people and families who meet the threshold for the service both within the Children and Family Centre and at outreach venues.
