Family Support Worker

Working with a client in Durham, we have 3 positions available to work flexibly as a family support worker on either a full-time or part-time basis from various bases around the County.

The role will involve a lot of travelling throughout County Durham to undertake meetings, home visits, and do door knocks to young people; therefore, ideally, you will have transport as some areas are inaccessible by bus.

Each day would be varied, so you would need to be flexible in terms of travel, in set timeframes, and would need to confidently work in isolation as well as part of a team.

These roles will require a good understanding of the Children’s Act and strong report writing skills.

The pay will be GBP15.48 per hour, paid via an umbrella company.
