We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join the team in Camden who will help to contribute to providing adequate support to individuals who need it most to ensure they maintain a positive wellbeing. As a Family Support Worker, you will be offering care and guidance to families who may be experiencing difficulties or who are going through a challenging time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting families to access Family Hubs, community support groups, universal offer, and entitlements
• Delivering evidence and practice-based interventions, targeted group work, and digital interventions
• Undertaking Targeted Outreach Visits from the monthly list provided by Staffordshire County Council
• Working alongside volunteers to identify activities to support the families

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years in a previous similar role
• Full U.K. driving licence, as well as access to own vehicle
