Through home visits, group sessions, and community partnerships, you'll create meaningful change that positively impacts children’s lives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Providing practical and emotional support to families in need
2. Working with children, parents, and carers to improve family dynamics
3. Helping families access key services and support networks
4. Offering advice and guidance on health, education, and safety
5. Collaborating with local agencies to ensure families receive the help they need

Who We’re Looking For:

1. You are compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental.
2. You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.
3. You have experience (or a strong desire to learn) in working with families facing difficulties.
4. You are flexible, proactive, and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
5. A background in social care, education, or a related field would be an advantage, but we welcome applicants with varied experiences.
