A leading educational institution in Gloucester is seeking a Family Support Worker to provide high-quality support to SEMH students and their families. The role involves motivating students, delivering pastoral care, and helping them engage with their education. Applicants should have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in a relevant field and proven experience with young people. This is a full-time position offering competitive salary and numerous benefits.
Job Title: Family Support Worker. Actual Annual Salary: £32,275 - £35,693 based on hours and weeks worked. Full Time Equivalent Salary: £35,852 - £39,649 (CLF Grade E) - Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.
Contract Type: Permanent. Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) Term time only plus 3 weeks. Start Date: As soon as possible.
