Job summary

Bridgend County Borough Council is recruiting two Family Support Workers to join the Exploitation Team within Children and Family Support Services. You will work 37 hours per week on a full-time basis, with hybrid working between home and the office to support children, young people, and families at risk.

Successful applicants will contribute to safeguarding, early intervention, and targeted support, promoting safety and positive outcomes while meeting Welsh-speaking customer needs and weekends
