Overview

Neway is currently looking for a Family Support Worker to join our client based with Birmingham Children's Trust.

This role is starting asap, working Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours a week in an ongoing contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and emotional support to children, young people, and families
  • Assist in the delivery of early help and safeguarding interventions
  • Work collaboratively with social workers, schools, and partner agencies
  • Support families in accessing services, improving routines, and building resilience
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments and care plans
  • Promote positive outcomes through direct work and community engagement
