Job description

Nelson Mandela Primary School is a friendly school where children, parents, staff and governors work together in a supportive, caring, happy learning community.

We are currently looking for a passionate Family Support Worker who will be able to provide pastoral support and guidance to families and pupils.

Our aim is to ensure that children at our school develop an enjoyment of learning and achieve to the best of their abilities in every area of school life.

The Family Support Worker will be integral in working with our children and families to support and help children in their social, emotional and behavioural development.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
