Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to remove barriers to learning for vulnerable children and families.
• Willingness to act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and complete Level 3 training if required.
• Confident in signposting and coordinating multi-agency support.
• Experience leading multi-agency meetings and familiarity with Rights For Children.
• Ability to deliver safeguarding training to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead safeguarding initiatives and coordinate with multi-agency teams.

• Deliver interventions to improve children’s outcomes and attendance.
