Join School-Home Support as a Family Support Practitioner and play a crucial role in supporting children and families in the education system. Location: The Valley Leadership Academy, Bacup OL13 0TG
Hours: 5 days per week, Term Time Only + inset days
Salary: £22,274 - £24,796

We are looking for a Family Support Practitioner to join our team and make a difference in children’s lives every day. As the Family Support Practitioner, you will work closely with school staff to deliver casework aimed at promoting and improving educational outcomes for the children and families we support. Your support will also focus on improving attendance, punctuality, and engagement in learning.
You will need excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with a wide range of people.
