Job summary

Lyndhurst Primary School, part of The Charter Schools Educational Trust, is seeking an experienced leader to join the Senior Leadership Team. The role focuses on safeguarding, attendance and family support to ensure every child is safe, supported and able to thrive.

You will build strong relationships with children, families, staff and external agencies, drive high standards, and contribute to outcomes across the school through professional collaboration and compassionate leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable children and families.
• Demonstrated ability to lead safeguarding, attendance and family support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families and staff.
• Excellent organisational and case management abilities.
