An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and committed professional to join the Family Support Team at St. Andrew’s Hospice in providing excellent support to adults and children with life-limiting conditions, as well as to their families and carers.

As one of the local leading providers of palliative and end of life care, St Andrew’s Hospice is a highly successful and forward-thinking charity with a turnover of c£5m, offering both adult and children’s services. With an excellent reputation both in the local community and beyond, we reach over 800 patients and their families in Northeast Lincolnshire and our wider catchment area of Lincolnshire, Hull and East Yorkshire for our children’s services.
This role sits within a multidisciplinary team, working alongside social workers, children’s family support and bereavement practitioner, spiritual care lead and other clinical colleagues.
The Family Support Caseworker will play a key role in delivering holistic support to adults and children both within the hospice and across the wider community. The post is central to addressing psychological, emotional, social, and practical needs through all stages of illness, end-of-life care, and bereavement.

You will be qualified to a minimum of level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, Counselling, or a related field and have relevant training in providing psychosocial support, counselling, bereavement support or related.
