Job summary

Andrew Isaacs Law seeks a senior family law solicitor to head a new office, leading clients in children and financial remedy matters with a practical, client-focused approach. You will manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, build a local team, and drive business development while ensuring excellent client care and advocacy.

A strong billing history and leadership potential are essential, with the aim of growing the firm’s presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years PQE in family law.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
• Strong billing history and business development mindset.
• Desire to grow a practice and build a local team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Head up a new office under the Andrew Isaacs Law brand with full operational and marketing support.
• Manage a varied caseload in children and financial remedy matters and TOLATA up to letter before claim stage.
• Provide leadership and develop a local team while maintaining excellent client care and advocacy.

My client specialist in Private Family Law firm known for its practical, client-focused approach and strong reputation in children and financial matters. With a growing national presence and a dynamic team, is looking to expand further by partnering with high-calibre solicitors ready to lead their own offices.

The Role:

Well-rounded practitioners with experience in both children and financial remedy matters as well as Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) up to the stage of letter before claim, at which point conduct may be transferred to a specialist within the firm.
