My client is a well-established, award-winning law firm with multiple offices across the region. Now, they are looking to expand their Family Law team and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Family Solicitor with between NQ and 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their team in Nottingham.

About the Role:

As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload across both contentious and non-contentious family matters. You will work on a wide range of issues, including:

1. Divorce and separation
2. Child arrangements and parental responsibility disputes
3. Financial settlements and property issues
4. Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
5. Domestic abuse cases
6. Cohabitation disputes

You’ll have the chance to work with a supportive team of family law specialists, offering clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients during difficult times. You:

You are a Family Solicitor with up to 3 years of PQE and a passion for family law. You’re someone who enjoys helping clients navigate complex, often sensitive matters and are looking to build your expertise in this rewarding area of law. You:

2. Are organised and able to manage a varied caseload with ease
