Job summary

Lex Exec Limited is supporting a well-regarded private family law practice in Brighton & Hove by appointing a junior Family Solicitor. The role offers exposure to high-quality private family matters, with a clear focus on professional development, client care and constructive dispute resolution.

You will work alongside senior lawyers in a supportive, specialist team and gain experience across divorce, financial remedies, private children matters, and non-court dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified solicitors through to approximately 5 years' PQE.
• Interest in constructive dispute resolution and excellent client care.

Responsibilities

• Divorce and complex financial remedy proceedings.
• Private children matters and child arrangements.
• Prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements.
• Mediation, collaborative law and non-court dispute resolution.
• Wider private Family matters, including high-net-worth cases.
