Job summary

Lex Exec Limited is seeking a Family Solicitor/Associate with 3+ PQE to join its specialist team near Chichester, West Sussex. The role offers genuine hybrid flexibility, with approximately 2-3 days per week in the office, handling high-quality private family matters.

You will advise on divorce, financial remedy, private children matters and related agreements, delivering client-focused outcomes in a firm recognised for its expertise in family law across the South of England.

Qualifications

• Experience in private family law matters.
• 3+ years' PQE or equivalent seniority.
• Strong technical skills in family disputes.
• Interest in delivering client-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Handle divorce and financial remedy proceedings with substantial assets.
• Manage private children matters and child arrangements.
• Draft and negotiate prenuptial and cohabitation agreements.
• Engage in negotiated settlements and non-court dispute resolution.
