Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Leading a team of Family Solicitors, Paralegals, and support staff, ensuring high levels of efficiency, professionalism, and client care.
  • Case Management: Managing a varied caseload of complex family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic violence cases.
  • Business Development: Formulating and executing strategies to expand the department, enhance client relations, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Client Relations: Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring they receive a high standard of care and achieving the best possible outcomes.
  • Mentoring & Training: Offering support, guidance, and professional development to junior members of the team, helping them to reach their full potential.
  • Strategic Input: Collaborating with senior management to implement business strategies and maintain the firm's competitive edge in the Family Law sector.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of experience in Family Law.
  • Experienced in managing a diverse family law caseload and capable of handling complex matters.
  • A natural leader with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • A business-minded individual with a proactive approach to developing new business and enhancing the firm's profile.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
