Job summary

TSR Legal in Bristol seeks a Family Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE to join its team. You will handle your own caseload across divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and related private family matters, providing clear, commercially minded advice to clients.

You will work in a well-established practice with senior support and a varied caseload, with hybrid working and opportunities to develop your career.

Family Solicitor – 2+ PQE – Bristol

TSR Legal are currently working with a multi office leading law firm based in Bristol, who are looking to appoint a Family Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its Bristol team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a family lawyer looking to develop their career within a well-established practice, working alongside experienced colleagues on a varied and interesting caseload.

You will advise clients across a broad range of family matters, with the opportunity to develop your experience and take responsibility for your own caseload.

Your work will include:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation and relationship breakdown
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse and associated family proceedings
• Other aspects of privately funded family law

You will have direct contact with clients and will be expected to provide clear, pragmatic and commercially minded advice throughout each matter.

• At least 2 years’ PQE in family law
