TSR Legal in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a Family Solicitor with 1+ PQE to join a dynamic team handling privately funded matters, including divorce, financial remedies, private children disputes, and pre-/post-nuptial agreements.

You will manage a diverse caseload with hybrid and flexible hours, national exposure, and clear progression opportunities within a growing national firm.

• 1+ PQE in family law.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse caseload of privately funded matters in family law.
• Handle divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
• Manage private children law matters.
• Draft/co-ordinate cohabitation and separation agreements.
• Prepare and review pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
• Work on domestic abuse cases.

Family Solicitor – 1+ PQE

TSR Legal are currently representing a dynamic and forward-thinking high street law firm based in Merthyr Tydfil. Our clients family team is recognised for handling complex and high-value matters, including divorce and financial remedies, private children disputes, and pre-/post-nuptial agreements.

The Role

You will play a key role in the continued growth of our Family Law practice, managing a diverse caseload of privately funded matters, including:

• Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Private children law matters
• Cohabitation and separation agreements
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse cases
