Qualifications

• Experience in handling Private Law Children Matters.
• Familiarity with divorce and financial settlements.
• Knowledge of domestic violence and cohabitee disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload involving Family Law matters.
• Provide advice on divorce and pre/post nuptial agreements.
• Resolve disputes effectively.
