Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Family Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join their Tunbridge Wells team. You will manage a broad family law caseload, including divorce, financial remedies, nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and civil partnerships.

You will work in a growing, supportive firm with a strong emphasis on career progression, client relationships, and business development, based in Tunbridge Wells or willing to relocate there.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE as a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in family law.
• Proven experience managing a diverse family caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and team skills.
• Keen eye for career progression and business development.
• Ready to join a growing firm and contribute to its success.
• Based in or willing to work from Tunbridge Wells area.

Responsibilities

You’ll handle a diverse, meaningful family law caseload:
