Family Solicitor – Swindon

My client is a well-established law firm that services both business and private client areas of law, based in the heart of Swindon.

This firm is currently recruiting a Family Solicitor with approximately 2+ years PQE to join the growing family department, which prides itself on providing a professional, sympathetic, and efficient service.

The work will include a mixed caseload of divorce & separation, cohabitation agreements, financial settlements, mediation, civil partnerships, pre/post nuptial agreements, and Children Law matters. You will handle purely privately funded work, including high net worth financial cases. Ideally, you should be a member of Resolution.

You will be encouraged to participate in actively marketing the legal services of the family department, as well as develop your own skills and career path. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who has ambitions to move their career to the next level.
