Job description

Job Title: Family Solicitor
Salary: Up to £59,000 + Bonuses
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon (Hybrid)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Providing expert legal advice on new and ongoing legal matters in relation to private family law
  2. Discussing a range of queries with prospective and existing clients
  3. Drafting various documentation and communications
  4. Recording accurate information and auditing files
  5. Undertaking various consultations and negotiations
  6. Allocating administrative tasks as and when required
