You can look forward to a varied caseload, primarily centred around divorce and finances alongside private children work. Mentorship also forms part of the role, shaping the growth of junior team members. With four dedicated fee earners already in place, the structure provides a solid foundation for your career development.

To succeed you'll be able to manage a family law caseload with confidence and minimal supervision. A background that doesn't solely focus on legal aid would be beneficial, and strong business development and client-facing skills are essential.
