Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their expanding team in Newton Abbot. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, and children arrangements. You will be part of a supportive team, contributing significantly to the firm’s success. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of PQE in family law, but more experienced lawyers are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive – Newton Abbot, Devon

The Opportunity:

• This boutique law firm is looking to expand its family law team and is searching for a technically excellent Family Lawyer.
• Plenty of work to be getting on with.
• Working within this small practice, you will be a true team player and make a big difference.
• Junior lawyers will get a broad variety of work from the outset.

What will you do?

• Handle privately funded family law matters.
• You will work on a broad caseload including divorce, financial remedy, separation, civil partnerships, children arrangements, pre & post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and more.
• Work closely with knowledgeable colleagues & HoD.

What will you need?

• Ideally at least 1 year’s PQE as a solicitor or legal executive.
• Family law experience.
• Much more experienced lawyers are very welcome to apply.
