We are working with a reputable law firm based across Lincolnshire and the Midlands that is recruiting for a Family Solicitor to work in their Lincoln office. They are also open to candidates working across other offices in Lincolnshire and the Midlands.

The firm seeks an individual with previous experience in a similar area of law who is looking to grow and develop their career.

Typical duties include:

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters.
• Handling divorce, property/finances, and children issues.
• Advising on pre/post-nuptial agreements.
• Dealing with non-molestation applications.

The successful candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE (NQ Solicitors considered).
• Excellent communication skills for clear advice and rapport building.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn and develop.
• Committed to teamwork and contributing to the firm's success.
