Location: Kingston upon Thames (hybrid options available)

Rose & Rose is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Family department. This role offers the potential for partnership and the opportunity to work in a friendly and dynamic environment.

• Strong knowledge and experience in matrimonial and financial matters, pre/postnuptial agreements, and child arrangement proceedings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Advocacy skills are desirable.
