Family Solicitor

A private practice law firm requires a family solicitor with at least 2 years experience in handling privately funded family matters in their Dorset office.

The Firm

A private practice based with offices in the South and South West employing Partners and Solicitors across a wide number of legal disciplines. The department employs a vast amount of experience enabling them to advise clients upon such work as divorce, matrimonial law, separation, private child care and ancillary relief.

The Role

The successful family solicitor will have autonomy over their own case load of family files. The family team covers a wide range of family matters to include all privately funded work involving cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, divorce, financial settlements, civil partnerships and children matters.

The Candidate

A qualified family solicitor who is highly motivated, commercially orientated, and keen to further a career in family law with the support of an excellent and experienced family team. Essentially, the successful family solicitor will have consistently managed a full privately funded family case load.

Salary: Dependent on experience
