Clayton Legal is representing a Kent-based firm seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to handle a broad private family caseload, including divorce and financial remedy matters. You will build lasting client relationships, deliver outstanding legal advice, and contribute to the growth of a respected Family department.

Our client is seeking a confident and ambitious Family Solicitor to join its highly regarded team, handling a varied caseload of private family law matters. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, the successful Family Lawyer will work alongside an experienced Family Solicitor with the support of two dedicated legal secretaries. The role offers exposure to a broad range of private family law work, including divorce, financial remedy matters, private children matters, cohabitation disputes and related family issues, without the need to specialise in one particular area.

This position is ideal for a solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career, develop professionally and play a key role in shaping the future of a respected Family Law department.
